This warranty covers manufacturing defects, including issues with finishing, stone setting, or plating faults found under normal use.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by water, perfume, chemicals, rough use, accidental breakage, scratches, or normal wear over time.

To keep your jewellery looking beautiful, avoid direct contact with water, perfume, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Store your piece in a dry place after use.

For warranty support, please contact us with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.

We want you to love your Mehvra Jewellery purchase. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may refuse delivery or report it within 48 hours to request a full refund.

For other valid reasons, you may request a return within 14 days for store credit or an exchange.

Please note that returns due to change of mind are not accepted. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.
