Return & Exchange Policy

At MEHVRA Jewellery, we want you to love every piece you receive. Each order is packed carefully, but if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will help you resolve it as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery. We will review your request and assist you accordingly.

To process your claim, please share:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or video of the product / And parcel opening video
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A short description of the issue

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the case.

Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Exchanges are accepted only if:

  • The item is unused and undamaged
  • Original packaging is available
  • Invoice/order confirmation is provided
  • The exchange request is approved by our team

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Used or worn jewellery
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Items without original packaging
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Change of mind requests
  • Slight color differences due to lighting, screen display, or photography

Return Shipping

If the issue is from our side, such as a damaged, defective, or wrong item, MEHVRA Jewellery will guide you regarding the return process.

For exchanges requested by the customer, return shipping charges may apply.
